We support our schools with a range of services and we are also able to support schools outside of our trust as well. We outline some of the key services below. We have a support service that includes school development work, focus reviews, specialist leads and an Education Improvement Network for headteachers.
Our IT Service means our schools are online all of the time. We have an IT help desk and technicians on hand to help, develop, advise and troubleshoot.
Reading and Resources
We have a Trust Reading Advocate who supports schools in developing their culture of reading. We have a growing shared resource centre too.
We have specialist leads who conduct reviews, offer advice and lead networks so that best practice is shared and disseminated.
Our network of premises leads, site managers and trusted contractors run a complete system of estate management. This includes building projects.
We have a comprehensive cycle of training including safeguarding, SEND, early career, middle leader, specialist and LSA training.
Within our Trust we have senior leaders who have expertise in school and trust leadership, change management, school improvement and specialist areas.
We have an virtual directory of information and support called ASSET HQ. There is a constant flow of information with weekly update mailings to staff, ASSET headlines and newsletters.
The Trust has its own Early Career Framework support service to ensure that early career teachers get the best possible start.
Our finance and HR team offers bespoke business support to our schools including a business network (BIT), HR advise and consultancy and payroll services.
