ASSET Engage is our programme of professional learning, leadership development and school improvement support.

When we talk about ASSET Engage we are focusing on the art and science of teaching and cultivating a love of learning, stimulating innovation and building resilience to achieve.

We offer a year long calendar of CPD, drawing on expertise across the trust, and collaborating with external partners in pursuit of excellence in teaching and learning.

Much of our professional learning sits within our trust-wide networks of support, with peer groups sharing learning spaces from Class Teachers, Subject Leads, SENCos, DSLs, leaders, business managers, teaching assistants, pastoral leads and family liaison officers.
