Complete Human Strategy

We support everyone in the Trust to enjoy success, happiness, confidence and fulfilment, and to have excellent physical and mental health. Our CHS framework provides us with a practical pathway to achieving this, and is based on six fundamental pillars to well being:

Time well spent is about spending our time effectively and efficiently. We support staff to achieve a healthy work-life balance and we encourage every child to make the most of every minute of learning

If the environment in which we work and learn is pleasant, well utilised, well resourced it can give us a valuable sense of belonging, safety and community

Having a growth 'can do' mindset, focusing on and celebrating what's going well all have an enormous impact on productivity and well being

Having the right structures, systems and procedures to support change, transition, new initiatives and brave new thinking can help people to feel safe and secure in their surroundings

If people respect and trust one another and they are kept well informed and feel respected and included, then change, tricky situations and adversity can be successfully navigated and people enjoy their work and learn

Making sure we get the right information, from the right people to the right people at the right time is key. We encourage the experts in our midst to share and develop their knowledge and skills

Every ASSET school has a Complete Human Strategy Lead who works with staff across their school to ensure that we are meeting staff wellbeing needs across the six pillars of the CHS.
