Human Strategy (CHS) is the blueprint to ensuring all our staff and pupils thrive, and the foundation of our overarching strategy.
At its heart, CHS is a clearly defined framework that values physical and mental well-being as much as academic achievements, and supports them accordingly.
Sarah Orves is our Trust Lead for the Complete Human Strategy across ASSET, supported by her team of CHS Leads placed in every school.
We were enormously proud of Sarah as she scooped the Suffolk Education Award's Well-being Award in November 2023 in recognition of her work on the Complete Human Strategy, and for the impact her work has had on Ilketshall St Lawrence Primary School.
