Hollesley's Project
Hollesley discovered at the food summit about some of the unhealthy food choices that are becoming common. This led them to want to find out what people's preferences and food habits were in order to understand the context of how people are making food choices. Hollesley felt passionate about trying to help change certain food choices for the better.

In order to find out about people’s food choices they carried out a survey asking all the year groups what their favourite meals at home were with plans to create healthy alternatives on the school dinner menu. They found that many families mentioned that more salad and fruit options would be great additions to the current menu and also felt that portion sizes for the older children needed to increase along with what dishes were popular at home.
