The ASSET Complete Human Strategy is our framework to manage well being and ensure that our schools and central team are places that people can thrive. Every school has a CHS Lead that drives the strategy forward in their school, regularly asking staff about well being and acting on their responses.

Schools joining ASSET have access to central HR, legal and payroll advice and support, and access to an Employee Assistance scheme including 24/7 well being service and occupational health. We offer a range of benefits such as the cycle to work scheme.

All recruitment is managed through My New Term, procured centrally to save money, but administered locally by schools.

Schools receive policy templates from the trust, and support with applying policies, navigating HR issues and performance management.
